Getting an estimate is fast and simple. For most standard projects, you can receive a quote remotely by using our Request Form to submit photos of the work area and the items to be installed.

For larger or more complex projects where a photo won't suffice, We provide a comprehensive, itemized onsite estimate delivered to your inbox by the end of your appointment day:

• Standard Onsite Estimate: $100

• Extended Travel (Further than 15 miles): $150

• The Bonus: If we are already onsite performing work, We’re happy to provide an estimate for your next project at no additional cost.

• We maintain a $150 trip minimum for labor on most installations, including:

• TV Mounting

• Ceiling Fan Installation

• Plumbing Fixtures (Faucets, Garbage Disposals, Showerheads)

• Light Fixtures

• Hardware Installation (Cabinet pulls, Door locks)

• Miscellaneous Repairs (Up to 30 mins labor)

Please note: Pricing covers labor only; materials are provided by the homeowner or billed separately.

Scheduling & Payments:

• Secure Your Spot: A 50% deposit is required for all projects to secure your date on the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

• Stay Informed: You will receive automated appointment confirmations and "on my way" notifications for all estimates and scheduled work.

If any issue arises related to the quality of my labor within the first year, I will return to make it right at no additional cost to you. I’m Jeff Tison, the owner and operator of Handyman of Cherokee. Born and bred right here in Cherokee County, I’ve spent the last 20 years in the construction industry, honing the skills needed to handle just about any project your home can throw at me.

When I started this business, I wanted to focus on the things that matter most to homeowners:
